One Lane Bridge aims to send your artwork as soon as possible.
Generally, once your order is processed we work as fast as we can to have it packaged up and sent onto the courier within a day or two.
Winter Months
As these are handmade products they do take extra time to get through the drying process over Winter - which we can’t speed up. During this time they take approx 9 days to completely dry before we can package them up and send them out. We try our best to keep the stock levels up but sometimes an order can take up to 2 weeks to be completed. If you are needing your artwork by a certain date please let us know so we can prioritise.
POSTAGE IS:
1-3 coins URBAN (tracked) $15
1-3 coins RURAL (tracked) $20
4-6 coins URBAN (tracked) $30
4-6 coins RURAL (tracked) $40
New Zealand orders are sent via tracked courier and usually take 1-3 working days
The cost to send our coins International are very expensive. At the moment we are only sending through New Zealand. We are based in Papamoa (Bay of Plenty) and are happy to arrange local pick up.
We want all of our customers to love their pieces of art that we have created, so if there's an issue with your order, or it has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
